FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ refers to the maximum quantity a 40ft container can hold: approximately 100-120 engines.
If you mix vehicles and engines, we can load 30 vehicles and 50 engine/transmission units.
For small orders (for example, a single engine), please note that the shipping cost may be higher tan the price of the enhine itself.

Do K-Auto Traders' industrial engines come with a transmission? Do I need to remove it?

Our engines comeplete with a transmission, compressor, generator, ECU, and other components.
We can remove the transmission upon request without any issues.
However, we do not sell transmissions separately.

How long does it take to prepare the container after i submit my quotation?

Orders take approximately one month to prepare.

Is there a warranty on products purchased from K-Auto Traders?

We test all our engines, so issues are very rare.
However, our quality testing has certain limitations, and some problems may not detected.
In such cases, we will negotiate appropriate compensation within one month of the
container's arrival at its destination.

Can you send me a photo of the engine to confirm the model?

Yse, we have photos of all our engines.
You can easily verify whether the engine meets your requirements.

What are your payment methods and accepted currencies?

We accept Korean won (KRW), US dollars (USD), and bank transters.
